SINGAPORE TOOLS AND MATERIAL SHOPS FOR MODDING
This section will highlight some of the places you can get your tools and material from.
CHINATOWN AREA
If you take the North East Line, Alight at Chinatown station, head towards People's Park building.
You will be able to buy handy tools like dremel, power drills, jigsaw and etc. It's located at 3rd level of this building.
Do pardon me as I was there real early, their operating hours is from 11:00am till 7:30pm Mon-Saturdary, Close on Sundays.
If you walk towards the end you should see a bridge, once you cross this bridge, you will be entering People's Park Center.
Inside this building, you will be able to purchase electronic stuff like pins, molex, lcds and etc. it's located at the 3rd level.

SIM LIM TOWER/ VEERSAMY ROAD / JALAN BESAR
just opposite Sim Lim Square, you will be able to see a build call Sim Lim Tower. Here you will be able to purchase all kinds of electrical stuff that is related to PC modding.
Most shops operates from morning 10:30am till 5:30pm Mon-Sat. Most are close during Sundays.
Along the stretch of SIM LIM TOWER, right below a HDB flat BLK 633, there is this shop call Yeo Soon Hin Plastic SignCraft Co. They sell all kinds of plastic/plexi glass ranging from
clear, tinted or colored. You just need to tell the owner the size and thickness you want and they will cut for you. They do provide plastic folding services too. Their operating hours
is from 10:30am - 6:00pm Mon-Fri, 11:00am - 4:00pm Sat, close on Sunday.
If you walk towards Veersamy Road or right behind Blk 633, there are lots of shop houses that sells handy tools or power tools. things like dremel, jigsaw, power drills and etc.
If you are looking for water cooling pipings and such. There is one particular shop that sells rubber hose, tubes, PVC pipes and etc. i I forgotten to ask for the address,
if i do go back again, I will update their address here. Most shops here operates from 10:30am till 6:30pm Mon-Saturday, close on Sundays.
Across the street opposite Blk 633, There is this shop call Lai Xin Feng & Son Hardware PTE LTD. You will be able to purchase all kinds of wire mesh or metal wires.
