GLOWING CASE FEET
Inspired by rally cars having neon lights beneath the vehicle, here is a simple mod to make your PC case feet glow.

Remember to wear safety goggles and gloves when you are handling tools. It helps to prevent unnecessary injuries. If you are not confident or not adult enough to handle tools. Kindly consult adults or experience tool user and please be really CAREFUL and ALERT when you are doing this as you are dealing with electrical stuff. This involves a fair bit of risk on an untrained user especially when it comes to mod on electrical current. I will not hold any responsibilities for any injuries or damage done.

BLUE PRINT

Kindly understand the diagram below before you proceed to mod.

Tools and material needed. Hand drill & bits, soldering iron & bits, a pair of scissors, a pair of long nose plier, 4 x furniture clear rubber feet, lost wires, 2pin molex holder & pins, rubber shrink, 3M 4010 clear double sided tape, 4 x 5mm LED and a 750 ohms 1/4 watt resistor.

Drill the furniture clear rubber feet with a hand drill to the size of the LED which is 5mm in diameter.

Insert LED to the drilled furniture clear rubber feet.

Stick the 3M 4010 clear double sided tape to the surface of the furniture clear rubber feet. This is to secure the LED to the feet and to be able to stick it at the bottom of your case.

Trim the ends of the tape to make it round.

Insert rubber shrinks to the LED pins, before you do so, make sure you did an opening on the 3M 4010 tape, else you will have a hard time removing the tape as to stick to your case. Hence the rubber shrink act as an insulator from electric current.

Once done, stick all the 4 prepared rubber feet to their respective places.

Now prepare the wires for the LEDs.
